Quiz Bowl is the most popular academic competition in America, but we all know that budgets for schools are tighter than ever. NCASA would love to help your school overcome that barrier. Whether your team is nationals-ready, or you've never even tried to put together a team, you're eligible for this giveaway; however, new NCASA schools and those new to NCASA Quiz Bowl get extra "tickets" to win (see complete details below).
Our Official Quiz Bowl Buzzer System
ZeeCraft produces reliable and durable lock-out systems that can last for years, and their systems are also very customizable. All ZeeCraft systems include user-controlled variations for different gameplay formats, and there are a range of optional features that you can add to tailor your quiz bowl experience. You can also choose your style of buzzer: handgrips, tabletops, and paddles are all available options. Lens colors for buzzers and timers can also be ordered with systems. ZeeCraft gives you these options so you can have a system that will work best with your quiz bowl setup and stands the test of time. They stand by their products down the road in case there are any issues with your equipment, or you'd like to upgrade it.

A school must enroll and pay for NCASA membership by December 1, 2026. Schools are eligible if they're a member of a paying LEA, but also must enroll individually as a using our membership form.

The member school must register for regional Quiz Bowl (between now and December 31). School must follow up and participate in the regional event. Failure to participate will result in forfeiture of any prize awarded through this promotion.

The member school is not required to take part in the NCASA Virtual Quiz Bowl League, but is encouraged to! Plus, it's great practice for regionals, especially for new teams. Taking part in Virtual Quiz Bowl increases your chances to win.

The drawing for buzzer systems will be conducted in January 2027.

One buzzer system will be awarded to a school that did NOT participate in NCASA Quiz Bowl during the 2025-2026 school year.

One additional buzzer system will be awarded in a second drawing that will include both new AND schools who participated in NCASA Quiz Bowl last year. The school that won drawing one is not eligible to win drawing two.

Schools will earn "tickets" (entries) to win based on the following point system:

One ticket for joining NCASA and participating in regional Quiz Bowl

One bonus ticket for being a new NCASA member school (not a member last year)

One bonus ticket for participating in the NCASA Virtual Quiz Bowl League

One additional bonus ticket each for participating in The Quill, Twelve, Art Showcase, and Dance Ensemble. A school must follow through and participate in any competition for which it receives a bonus ticket, or it will forfeit any prize awarded through this promotion.

Winning school(s) will receive the ZeeCraft Challenger I wired buzzer system, or may apply the value of the Challenger I toward a more expensive ZeeCraft system. If a school selects a less expensive system, no cash difference or refund will be provided. The Challenger I includes free shipping; any upgraded systems or accessories do NOT include shipping.

By registering for NCASA Quiz Bowl, individual coaches consent to NCASA providing their registration information to ZeeCraft for purposes of this promotion and agree that ZeeCraft may contact them directly regarding its products and services in the future.
