To join NCASA, fill out the registration form below, or use the LEA Form to register all middle and / or high schools in a school system. School Membership for the **2026-2027* school year is NOW OPEN! Please direct any questions to our Executive Director at execdirect@ncscholastic.org.

Regular Membership: Use this form to register your school for NCASA membership. In addition, please print and mail Membership Form Part II (That form is right below) with your payment. The school membership fee for middle and high schools is $350 per school plus $0.30 per student. The school membership fee for elementary schools is $200 per school. Notes: 

If an LEA pays for all schools' membership after one or more schools have paid the membership fee, the membership fee for each paid school will be refunded to the school. Schools who register and pay prior to July 1 should use the current year tenth-day enrollment to calculate the membership fee and for this year's rates. 

Non-traditional elementary schools, like K-6 and K-8 schools should contact our Executive Director about membership specifics and calculating the school membership fee.

Remote Membership: The flat fee for our new Remote Membership option is $200. Please use the form below, but please note that not all competitions are available with the remote plan.
