After an event unlike any other in the past, we're pleased to congratulate NC School of Science and Mathematics, our High School State Champion, and Smith Middle School, our Middle School State Champion! The NCSSM vs Early College at Guilford match is shown above.

The 2021 Quiz Bowl Regional and State Tournaments were presented via Zoom from February to March. The Final Fours were held on March 24 and 25. Neither Final match was close as both Smith and NCSSM dominated their opponents and won easily. Smith (6-2) defeated Metrolina Regional Scholars Academy (4-4) 440-205. NCSSM (8-0) defeated Early College at Guilford 565-80 (6-2).
