2018 A Cappella Champions Crowned

Congratulations to Simon G Atkins Academic and Technology High School's "Simon Says", our 2018 A Cappella Champion!

First Runner-Up were the Show Stoppers from Triton High School, while Pitch Please from Northwood High School took third. Hornet Harmony Glee Club from Hillside High School were fourth and Tonality from Union County Early College took fifth.

The third annual NC High School A Cappella Competition presented by Liquid 5th took place on April 28 at Hillside High School.

This was the first State Title for Atkins High School.

We also presented several superlative awards:

Best Female Solo- Alexa Parker of Triton HS

Best Male Solo- Alvin Carlisle of Atkins HS

Best Vocal Percussion- Christopher Keeser of Pitch Please

Best Choreography- Atkins HS
