Gear Up for Weekly Quiz Bowl Meets!

Registration for the Weekly Quiz Bowl meets is now closed. This conference play will begin this week for the next five weeks, leading up toe the district Quiz Bowl competition on Saturday, March 10.  Click Here to see the schedule for the weekly meets.

State Quiz Bowl Tournament Results

For immediate release:

The North Carolina Association for Scholastic Activities held the State Quiz Bowl Tournament Saturday, April 16 at North Carolina A&T State University.

Finishing in FIRST PLACE with a perfect 8-0 record was The Early College at Guilford. They took the title match 440-200 over second place North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.  Members of The Early College at Guilford quiz bowl team are team captain Kiel Williams, Whitney Zhou, Herbert Mehnert, Zachary Thomas, Gareth Fowler, June Williams, and Manu Gargeya.  Winning medals for finishing in third place was Raleigh Charter High School.
